Lot Accessibility: Your lot must be accessible by standard construction equipment and vehicles.

Zoning & Permits: The property must be zoned appropriately for residential construction and meet all local permitting requirements.

Utilities: The site should have access to essential utilities, such as water, electricity, and sewer/septic systems or the ability to connect to them.

Site Conditions: The lot must pass a site evaluation to ensure it’s build-ready (soil conditions, grading, etc.).
