The following is our proven process for delivering you your dream home at an affordable price.
Exploration
Our sales team will assist you in choosing your floor plan, options & lot within one of our communities.
The Agreement
Our sales team will help you write up the sales agreement & send it out for acceptance.
Selection and Review
Once the agreement is accepted, our Professional Designers will assist you in selecting all the options and materials for your new home.
Pre-Construction Meeting
We'll sit down with you and review the final plans to make sure everything is correct. You’ll meet our Superintendent and we'll schedule our start date!
Construction
As we build your home, our dedicated sales agents will provide you with weekly updates on the status of your home. Foundation, framing, dry-wall, interior finishes and then… we’re done!
Welcome Home Tour
You'll walk through your finished home with our Superintendent, while they teach you how best to care for your brand new home.
Move In Day
We’ll schedule the closing with you and the title company. Once you finish with the title company, the keys are yours. Hooray!
Warranty
From time to time, because of the nature of construction there might be something that isn’t quite right. Rest easy, Kartchner Homes has an incredible 2 year warranty.
