Our Quick Move-In Process

The first step in our process is to meet with you in person and discover any areas of dissatisfaction with your current home. By working together we’ll help you discover which of Kartchner’s unique floor plans, included features, and options will meet your needs. It might be that we have a quick move in available that you’ll love. Or maybe you’ll find a home you want to build in that perfect spot.

You’ve fallen in love with one of our quick move in homes! Contact our Kartchner sales team (Utah 435-755-7080 or Idaho 208-529-2191) to submit a sales agreement. If you prefer using the services of another Real Estate Agent we’re happy to accommodate.

Once your sales agreement is accepted and we receive the loan approval letter, we’ll start the home closing process. The time frame for this process is affected by the current stage of construction of your new home, the lending company, the appraisal, and our closing process. We work closely with you, your Real Estate Agent, your lender, and the title company to make this process as smooth and effortless as possible.

Your new home is complete. Our Production Manager has completed a detailed inspection of your new home. The home has been cleaned and prepared. The New Homeowner Orientation is your chance to walk through your home with our Superintendent while they teach you how best to care for your brand new home. They will review the important features and answer any questions you may have.

The day has come! Your home is ready. We’ve scheduled the closing with you and the title company. Once you finish with the title company, the keys are yours. Hooray!

From time to time, because of the nature of construction (imperfect materials and imperfect weather) there might be something that isn’t quite right. Rest easy, Kartchner Homes has an incredible warranty. Log in to our online software (BuilderTrend) and submit your concern. We’ll get right on it!
